Roles & Responsibilities
Due to our rapid expansion, KPMG Law is looking for a (Junior) Associate in Corporate/Commercial Law to join the team in Antwerp.
As a (Junior) Associate in Corporate/Commercial Law:
- You will advise national and international clients in a broad range of M&A Transactions.
- You will be part of a strong team of more than 80 lawyers.
- You will advise companies and associations on general corporate law matters as well as with respect to mergers-demergers, acquisitions, legal due diligence and restructurings.
- You will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
Profiel
Skills & Qualifications
- You have a master degree in law and an extended master in Corporate law is an asset.
- You have 2-4 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Law.
- You are eager to learn and you have the ambition
to excel in the legal fields mentioned above.
- You have strong analytical skills and writing skills.
- You are a real team player.
- You are client-oriented.
- You are effective, proactive and creative.
