THE ROLE
We are looking to recruit a Lawyer with between 5 and 7 years' experience for our commercial litigation and contract law department in Antwerp.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive involvement in drafting a broad range of commercial contracts and a comprehensive awareness of potential issues and pitfalls, as well as active litigator skills whilst representing Belgian and foreign clients in court and in arbitration procedures
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements (building construction, sales, supply, agency, distribution, franchising, commercial lease, warehousing and logistics agreements, general terms and conditions (B2B and B2C)
•Assistance in negotiating and drafting of settlement agreements
•Execution and termination of distribution and supply agreements
•Assistance in representation in litigation proceedings, international arbitration proceedings and enforcement proceedings regarding court orders and arbitration awards
