Your responsibilities & activities You will be dealing with a broad range of labor & employment law cases for national and international clients within various industries with the emphasis on (pre)litigation, corporate restructuring, legal due diligences and data privacy. Thanks to your leadership skills, you make sure your team delivers to the highest standards. The function will include: Ensure that the Employment practice (social law, labor law, employment law litigation, legal due diligence, etc…) is conducted efficiently and effectively in co-operation with colleagues Perform quality control on work performed by junior lawyers Work effectively as a member of a worldwide network of professional advisors, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating team members on progress
